FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know before choosing your Marquetier. Still unsure? Get in touch.

What is the difference between Tour, Apex, and Velocity?

Each collection uses a different core. Tour has a 16mm full foam core for a soft, quiet feel and maximum control. Apex pairs a honeycomb centre with a foam outline for power with a clean, forgiving feel. Velocity uses a 14mm standard honeycomb core for a lighter, faster paddle.

Which paddle is right for me?

If you win points with touch, drops, and resets, choose Tour. If you want one paddle that can block and attack, choose Apex. If you play fast at the kitchen line or are newer to the game and want a lighter swing, choose Velocity.

Should I choose the 16mm or 14mm Apex?

The 16mm Apex is more stable and controlled, with a slightly softer response. The 14mm Apex is quicker and livelier off the face. If you are unsure, 16mm is the more forgiving place to start.

Do all collections come in every colour?

Yes. Tour, Apex, and Velocity are each available in black, gold, and white, so you can choose the feel you want and the look you love.

What makes a Marquetier paddle premium?

Every paddle has a thermoformed carbon face, a protective edge guard, an air-vented non-slip grip, and a gold throat plate where the handle meets the face. The gold is a fitted plate, not a printed logo.

How long does delivery take?

Orders arrive in five to eight days anywhere in Australia. Every paddle is checked before dispatch.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any paddle within 14 days if it is unused. Contact us and we will guide you through it.

How do I care for my paddle?

Wipe the face with a soft, damp cloth after play to keep the carbon grippy, avoid leaving it in a hot car, and store it in a cover when not in use. Replace the grip wrap when it starts to feel smooth.
